Expired coupons for military families

I am interested in sending expired coupons to help our military families.  Are the personal addresses listed here still current?

I am a navy spouse overseas and saw your post.  Coupons are good for up to 6 months past their expiration date.  Coupons for things like socks, make up and hair dye can only be used up to the expiration date because they are bought at an exchange store and not a commissary.

If you are willing to send the coupons to me, I will look through for the coupons I use and pass them on to other families to use.  There are over 5000 families here.  If you are interested in sending here (to Japan), let me know.  varners_ahoy@hotmail.com

I was telling my mother about this and she wanted me to ask if it had to be expired coupons or if it could be coupons that are still in date that we dont use.

We were also wondering what the best way to send the coupons is.
